Sunday
Leave Paris by deluxe coach in the early afternoon. Check in at our hotel in Reims, the Assiette Champenoise. Vineyard tour.

Monday
Visit the cellars of Veuve Clicquot, followed by a VIP lunch at their townhouse. This afternoon, visit the spectacular Reims cathedral. Informal dinner at a brasserie in Reims. [B, L, D]
Tuesday
Morning visit of the Moet & Chandon cellars in Epernay, followed by a VIP lunch at their guest house, Le Trianon. Afternoon visit of the Hautvillers Abbey, where Dom Perignon "invented" champagne.
An "all champagne" dinner tonight at the celebrated 3-star restaurant, Boyer-les-Crayères. [B, L, D]
Wednesday
Leave Reims for Strasbourg. Lunch at the 3-star Crocodile. A brief tour of Strasbourg and its magnificent cathedral.
Then we continue south to Chateau Isenbourg, our home for the next three nights. Light dinner at the hotel. [B, L, D]
Thursday
Out into the wine country! Our first visit is the famous Hugel winery in Riquewihr, followed by a lunch of Alsatian specialties. A vineyard tour in PM, including a visit to a small, family-run winery. Dinner at Auberge de l'Ill, 3-star inn. [B, L, D]
Friday
Into the hills! We'll visit an artisanal distillery in the Vosges where they make poire William and other eaux-de-vie. Lunch at farmhouse inn.
This afternoon a visit to the Unterlinden museum in historic Colmar, which features one of the high points of medieval religious art, the Issenheim altarpiece.
Dinner and induction ceremony into the Confrérerie de St.Étienne d'Alsace at the Château de Kientzheim. [B, L, D]
Saturday
TGV train return to Paris from Strasbourg. Our adventure is over ! [ B]
